Youth Training

Ruralsc is committed to helping young people establish healthy habits and build lifelong fitness skills. Our youth training classes are designed to be age-appropriate, safe, and effective, with a focus on developing strength, agility, balance, and cardiovascular health. Our Coaches are patient and knowledgeable. We work with each student to set achievable goals and track their progress. 

Hockey Training

Ruralsc is also the destination for specialized youth hockey training, helping them to reach their full potential in the game. Come experience the Ruralsc difference and see why our gym is the best option for those looking to improve their athletic performance.

Teen Powerlifting Class
Our program is designed to help young athletes build strength, improve their technique, and achieve their fitness goals. Our experienced coaches will guide you through each workout and provide personalized attention to help you reach your full potential. Join us today and take your training to the next level! Runs Saturdays at 9am.

Kids classes
Kids classes are 30 minutes of action packed fun!
5-8 year olds can choose between Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 4:15pm-4:45pm

9-11 Year olds can choose between Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 4:45pm-5:15pm

Summer Sports Camp

Our goal is to provide a fun and safe environment for children to discover the joy of sports and fitness. Our kids’ summer sports camp is designed to help children improve their physical abilities, strengthen their self-esteem, and make memories that will last a lifetime. We believe that fitness can be part of an enjoyable and fulfilling lifestyle, and we’re excited to share our passion with you. Contact us today to learn more about our gym and kids’ summer sports camp. Camps are for children aged 5-12 years old and Run from 8am -3:30pm for the week.
