Group Training

Why give classes a try?

The biggest hurdle we hear when people first come in for a consult is that they have felt stuck for a while and have no idea where to start. This can be really hard just to admit to yourself let alone come in for a consultation and say to a stranger. We totally appreciate this fact so have tried to set up our intro process as convenient and simple as possible. We have a team of dedicated coaches who want to see you succeed. Your success is our success. We want you to show up, we want you to get stronger, we want to see you hit your goals- and make new ones.

This is where the magic of group training comes in. Once you finish your Onramp intro sessions and get in to the class programming- you meet other people with the same goals as you who also want to see you succeed. You will start to see a lot of the same faces day in and day out and make some gym friends. These gym friends are people who take notice if you don’t show up. Maybe message you before the class asking if you are going because they didn’t see you signed up. Having others around you also helps to push you harder then if you were training on your own. Typically, when left to our own devices, we would only do exercises that we liked and never improve on the rest or never push hard enough to progressively overload.

In a group setting, the energy is contagious, and the encouragement from fellow classmates can propel you to new heights. You’ll find yourself lifting heavier, pushing harder, and doing things you never imagined possible. Plus, the shared journey (or misery 😛) creates a sense of camaraderie and friendship that makes every session enjoyable.

This structured environment of group training ensures you're following a well-rounded program designed by coaches who have been in the game a long time. This means you’ll be working on all aspects of fitness, from strength and endurance to flexibility and balance, ensuring comprehensive development and reducing the risk of injury. This isn’t a program hopping approach. We have been helping people build stronger, more resilient bodies for over a decade and counting.

If you're hesitant about starting, remember that everyone in the class was once a beginner too. The supportive community is there to cheer you on, celebrate your victories, and help you overcome challenges. So, take that first step, book a consultation, and discover just how transformative and fun your fitness journey can be. You’ll not only reach your fitness goals but also gain friends and create lasting memories along the way.

Saturdays in December we are also hosting Free Community WODs (workout of the day) at 8am. These are open to anyone that wants to give it a try. All we ask is that you been a donation to the Walkerton Food Bank.

Welcome to the Family!
